Shopping with Keillers China Shop has never been easier! Browse the best selection of gifts and jewellery from the comfort of your own home.
Shopping Bag
Use the Shopping Bag as you would in a shop! Simply place products you would like to buy inside. Placing a product in your Shopping Bag holds no obligations! If you change your mind, remove an item at any time.
To add a product to your Shopping Bag:
To add a product to your Shopping Bag, just click on the "Shopping Bag" button found in the detailed display view of each product.
To view the contents of your Shopping Bag:
View the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time. Simply click on the shopping bag icon in the upper right hand corner of your page. From here, either continue shopping or click on "Proceed to checkout" to purchase the contents of your Shopping Bag.
To change the number of products in your Shopping Bag:
If you change your mind and want to change the quantity of an item(s) already in your Shopping Bag, enter the desired quantity and click anywhere on the screen to automatically update the quantity of those items in your Shopping Bag.
To remove products from your Shopping Bag:
Click on the red cross button in your Shopping Bag. Please be aware that an item has not been properly deleted as long as it is still visible in your Shopping Bag.
Registration
If you are a registered user, your existing address details will be saved. You will receive a 5% off shopping voucher when you a returning customer, and will also recieve notification of any sales before us going to press.

Product availability
Items that are temporarily unavailable are marked "Temporarily out of stock" in their detailed view. Give us a call in our store or email us, as it may be that we do have it in stock, but it has not be put onto our website.
Order status/tracking
Check the status of your order at any time by clicking on My Account – Orders. View the status of all your orders at a glance.
Wish List
This service is available to registered users of the Online Shop.
Your Wish List may contain up to twenty products that may be bought later or earmarked as gifts ideas.
Articles in your Wish List can be purchased at any time by simply moving them into your Shopping Bag. Please note that the prices of products are subject to change.

Please note that Keillers China Shop Online Store delivers to most countries, we use FedEx International and Royal Mail International.
Punctual delivery information
When ordered by the last order dates mentioned, items are usually delivered on time. However, deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure, inherent system faults/failures, or unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners resulting from high demand. In such cases, Keillers China Shop assumes no liability for the late arrival of shipments.
To avoid late shipments, Keillers China Shop recommends that you place orders as early as possible, especially if items are being delivered to remote locations. We do provide a next day service.

Duration of shipments
For Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Asia:
Standard Delivery Royal Mail
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 16:00 GMT will be processed and shipped the following business day. (No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.) Shipments within Europe take approx. 4 – 6 weeks except rural and isolated regions; to Canada, approx. 4 – 6 weeks business days; to Australia, approx. 4 – 6 weeks business days; to Japan, approx. 4 – 6 weeks to Korea approx. 4 – 6 weeks. Please note orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following working day. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
FedEx Express International
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 16:00 GMT will be processed and shipped the following business day. (No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.) Shipments within Europe take approx. 2 - 5 working days except rural and isolated regions; to Canada, approx. 2 - 5 business days; to Australia, approx. 2 – 7 business days; to Japan, approx. 2 - 7 business days; to Korea approx. 7 to 12 business days. Please note orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following working day. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
For the United States of America (USA)
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11 am EST will be processed the next business day. (No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.) Orders placed on weekends or on holidays will be processed the following business day. Within the United States, delivery takes approx. 2 - 5 working days. Keillers China Shop is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO or FPO addresses. In the USA we use FedEx Express International & Royal Mail Signed For.
